Introduction

At illumiNOTee, all products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted third-party production partners. This allows us to deliver high-quality, custom apparel without holding inventory.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier.

Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 3–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Carrier Issues

illumiNOTee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped. We are also not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

illumiNOTee is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipping fees.

Multiple Shipments

Items in your order may be shipped separately depending on product type and fulfillment location.
