At illumiNOTee, every item is made-to-order to ensure quality and exclusivity. Because of this, we maintain a strict return policy.

 

NO RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

·        -  Incorrect size selection

·         - Incorrect color selection

·         - Change of mind

·         - Buyer’s remorse

·         - Ordering errors made by the customer.

 

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY

 

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the item is:

 

·         - Defective

·        -  Damaged upon arrival.

·        -  Incorrect item received (wrong product sent)

 

15-DAY CLAIM WINDOW

 

All defect claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

PROOF REQUIRED (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)

 

To qualify for a replacement or refund, customers must provide:

 

·        -  Clear, high-quality photos of the defect

·         - Photo of the full item (front and back)

·         - Close-up images showing the issue.

·         - Photo of packaging (if damage occurred during shipping)

 

illumiNOTee reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

 

RESOLUTION PROCESS

 

If your claim is approved, we will:

 

- Replace the item at no cost, or

- Issue a refund (at our discretion)

 

We do not offer refunds or replacements without verified proof of defect.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

All items are considered final sale unless defective.

We do not accept physical returns unless explicitly requested by illumiNOTee.

 

FRAUD & ABUSE PROTECTION

 

illumiNOTee actively monitors for fraudulent claims.

We reserve the right to:

 

·         - Deny suspicious or repeated claims.

·         - Refuse service to customers abusing this policy.

·         - Require additional verification if necessary.
